Chat Counseling

Dear All,

We regret to inform that our chat-based services over the nULTA Online HealthCare Chat App which is available on the Android and PhonePe, would be temporarily disabled from the 25th October to 15th December, 2020. This has been done to deploy system upgrades that will allow us to cater to more people. In the past few months, our services have received tremendous inflow, making it highly challenging for us to cater to everyone who reached out to us, sometimes even delaying the response time. Our teams have been working round the clock to the best of their capacity to cater to clients. In order to create better systems, we are upgrading our technology & service protocols. During this period our telephone and email-based services will be available as usual. You can continue to avail counselling services over calls and emails until further notice.

The call service is available on 9152987821 and email services over icall@tiss.edu between Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to this & hope to come back with better systems that will allow us to serve our service beneficiaries in more effective ways.

iCALL now provides Chat Based Counselling services on nULTA App

Services on chat are available Monday – Friday : 8.15am – 9.15 pm

You can register on the nULTA app in 3 simple steps:

  1. Download the nULTA app- Consult with Doctor on Chat from Google Play Store or App Store
  2. Register your mobile number on the App. This is for receiving SMS notifications when you receive a response from the Counsellor on your query
  3. Tap on the Counselling (iCALL) icon to post a query

Each session would last for 45 minutes. The timer will start after two exchanges between you and the counselor. The charges for each chat session is Rs. 49

The App is protected by a comprehensive security infrastructure and stringent data policies. All the information you share will remain completely confidential
