iCALL psychosocial helpline endeavours to provide professional and free counselling services through technology-assisted mediums such as telephone, email, and chat to anyone in need of emotional support, irrespective of age, gender, sexual orientation or race, and transcending geographical distances while ensuring confidentiality. Since it’s inception in 2012, it has offered services to over 75,000 clients. We are a team of 26 employees seeking support from Samaritans like you to help run our services in a convenient manner.

Non- financial Donation:

You are welcome to help us by donating assets, which will support running iCALL’s day-to-day office operations. This not only will facilitate in maintaining our counselling and administrative services in the areas of psychosocial well-being and mental health, but will also encourage recycling unwanted items. Following are some of the assets that we would like to receive.

Donate laptops/smartphones:

You can donate used/old, but functional, laptops and smartphones. These devices will be utilised for running our operations and offering counselling services through iCALL.

Funder for iCALL documentary movie:

We would like to work with like-minded professionals who can assist us in making a short documentary film that documents iCALL’s work on a probono basis. We can support your travel, lodging & boarding (if any), and assist with script making and editing as well. You can help us on a pro bono basis or also make a donation towards this activity.

Financial Donation:

iCALL’s monthly expenditure is up to 10 lakh INR. We are seeking financial support. Should you prefer to make a one-off or monthly donation, we will be happy to connect with you and take this forward. Our priority need at this moment is ‘corpus donation’ which will allow us to sustain when
we do not have any grant funding.

We provide 80G certificate for the financial donation received. Please provide us with your permanent address and PAN Number.
