iCALL is a psychosocial helpline committed to providing free, professional counselling services through technology-assisted mediums such as telephone, email, and chat. Our services are available to anyone seeking emotional support—irrespective of age, gender, sexual orientation, or race and are designed to be accessible across geographical boundaries while ensuring strict confidentiality.

Since its inception in 2012, iCALL has supported over 5,00,000 individuals. We started with a team of 8, and today we are a dedicated team of 60 mental health professionals and staff working to make mental health support accessible to all. Samaritans like you can help us continue and strengthen this work.

Non- financial Donation:

You can support iCALL by contributing resources that help sustain our day-to-day operations. Such contributions not only enable us to continue delivering counselling and administrative services but also promote the meaningful reuse of functional items. The following are some of the assets that we would like to receive.

Donate laptops/smartphones:

We welcome donations of used but functional laptops and smartphones. These devices are valuable in helping us deliver counselling services and maintain our operations efficiently.

Support for iCALL documentary movie:

We are looking to collaborate with individuals or teams interested in creating a short documentary on iCALL’s work. This could be undertaken on a pro bono basis or through financial support for the project. We will be happy to assist with scripting, coordination, and editing, and can also support travel, lodging, and boarding if required.

Financial Donation:

iCALL’s monthly operational expenses are approximately INR 10 lakhs. To sustain and expand our services, we rely on the generous support of individuals and organisations. You may choose to make a one-time contribution or support us through monthly donations. At present, our priority is building a corpus fund to ensure the continuity of services even during periods when grant funding is unavailable.

We provide an 80G certificate for all financial contributions. To facilitate this, we request that you kindly share your permanent address and PAN details.

Every contribution, whether financial or in-kind, helps us continue offering accessible, ethical, and compassionate mental health support to those who need it.
