iCALL Psychosocial Helpline and Abbott India Private Limited collaborated and facilitated a 3 day training for counsellors working with Right to Happiness Helpline. The topics covered during the training were basic counselling and rapport building skills on technology-assisted services, working with couples and counselling skills for helping with relationship loss, working with trauma, understanding suicidality and non-suicidal self injury, and working with common and severe mental disorders.
