This training was organized for iCALL staff on understanding the intersections of caste, race, gender identities and their impact on mental health, from the perspective of institutional oppression. Reflective exercises were conducted to sensitize the team on issues of tribal groups, lower castes and religious minorities. The session also brought in perspectives of Bahujan clients, their experiences of therapy and their expectations from the same. The training was a crucial step in the direction of becoming more diversity friendly as an organization and truly reaching out to vulnerable sections of society.
