ReYou is a safe space for you to express any of your concerns. Our counselors will listen to your distress patiently without any judgment. The collaborative therapeutic setup allows the client to build rapport and trust, express psychosocial issues, identify and set the client's aim and help the client come up with a plan to stay safe.
Yes, even if you have previously utilized the chat service, you can access it again anytime you are distressed or in a crisis situation. Please keep in mind that if you decide to use the service again, you will need to send a message so that a counselor can be connected to you. However, kindly note that the chat-line should not be considered a substitute or replacement for long-term therapeutic treatment.

Our self-help resources are created by qualified mental health professionals, specifically addressing the psychosocial issues young people face today. The focus is on providing evidence-based information and practical tools to empower you on your mental wellness journey.

We do not ask for and collect any personal information of the user. This means we don't collect details like your name, email address, location, or any other information that can identify you. We may collect anonymized data about your activity within the app, such as when you first started using it. This data is used solely to improve the quality of the services offered and is never shared with any third parties or anybody outside our organization.
We maintain industry standards for security of the content on the app as well as app security.
